Profile:
Mr. Ahmed Hasan Khan is a lawyer by profession and holds an LL.M degree from Cornell University. He has worked with Raja Muhammad Anwar, Senior Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan and M/s. Hassan & Hassan (Advocates).
Mr. Khan has served as the Company Secretary of the Lahore Stock Exchange (G) Limited. He has also worked with Escorts Investment Bank Limited as its Company Secretary/Legal Head. He has also served the Investment Banks Association of Pakistan as its Company Secretary in an honorary capacity. His last assignment was with the Bank of Punjab as its Legal Head.
Mr. Khan is currently serving the Exchange as the Chief Regulatory Officer and is looking after Arbitrations, Rules & Regulations, Post Listing Compliance of Listed Companies and Membership Affairs of the Exchange.

Mr. Mohammad Saleem is looking after the areas of software development, system and network operations, IT resource management, IT strategy development and IT resources budgeting for the last ten years.
In addition to real time software's architect and development competence, he is also being involved in the evaluation of technology solutions, Budgeting of IT department, preparing financial & technical proposals, execution of Budgets and commencement of different IT projects.
